2. Services
CSR Janitorial Services provides professional commercial and office janitorial cleaning services in Santa Ana, California and surrounding areas. Specific services, scope, frequency, and pricing are agreed upon between the Company and the Client prior to service commencement, either verbally, via written estimate, or through a signed service agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided — whether via phone, website inquiry, or in-person walkthrough — are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described or assessed during the quoting process.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any price changes for ongoing service contracts will be communicated in advance.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Service appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement between CSR Janitorial Services and the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure access to the premises at the agreed-upon time.
- Cancellations by Client: We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of the service agreement.
- Cancellations by Company: In the event we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, severe weather, staffing), we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
5. Access to Premises
By engaging our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to grant CSR Janitorial Services access to the premises to be cleaned. You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas included in the scope of service.
Any access codes, keys, or credentials provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services and will be handled with strict confidentiality.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, Clients are responsible for:
- Securing or removing sensitive documents, valuables, or fragile items from areas to be cleaned
- Notifying us of any known hazards, biohazard materials, or special handling requirements on the premises
- Providing accurate and complete information about the property and scope of service
- Ensuring that animals are secured during service visits for the safety of our staff
CSR Janitorial Services is not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed, improperly stored, or inherently fragile without prior notice.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-Service Policy
We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
Claims submitted after 24 hours or related to areas outside the agreed scope of service may not qualify for complimentary re-service.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service arrangement.
For recurring service contracts, invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSR Janitorial Services shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services
- Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from any service disruption or delay
- Pre-existing damage to property that was not documented or disclosed prior to service
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSR Janitorial Services, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of authority to grant premises access, or any negligent or unlawful act on your part.
11. Insurance
CSR Janitorial Services maintains appropriate general liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Clients with specific insurance requirements should communicate those needs prior to service commencement.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases involving non-payment, unsafe working conditions, harassment of our staff, or material breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
